TMZ has a video of Milo and Hayden leaving the Whaleman Foundation Benefit In Hollywood and... Milo accidentaly riding over a photog's foot! But he had it coming...

I wish it had been an amputation. Milo should have driven forward, then reversed back over the guy. Honestly, they were told about a million times to back off.

Milo tried to move the car forward to get the paps to back off, but when one guy decided to be a smartass and place his foot in front of the car's tire, the group yelled to Milo, "You're on his foot!"...so, our Milo -- being the awesome person he is -- rolled backwards, the dumbass guy hobbled away (LMAO!) and Milo took off when he saw an opening to leave. Oh, and one of the photographers who was actually respecting Milo's space told the moron pap, "That's what you get for disrespecting him." Ahhhhhaaaa! Makes me love Milo even MORE! It takes loads of patience and class for him not to run that guy over, but he took the high road and rolled the tire away from the guy's foot. If the moron tries to sue, Milo has tons of witnesses that he did, indeed, roll away from the man's foot once he was informed he was about to injure the idiot.

Pap with achy foot = fail
Milo with his classy awesomeness = win
